The opposite of Trauma.

I have noticed while working with clients that I will usually find several energetic traumas stuck in one or all of the chakras or meridians that is causing the client emotional, spiritual or physical pain or turmoil. With each trauma, I usually find words or emotions that are stuck there. They could have been energetically there from yesterday or from in the womb and can be playing havoc on the clients day-to-day life.

I have found that some clients tell me about a trauma that they experienced and not worked on and expect the trauma to still be affecting them. However, when I look for it energetically, I am unable to locate it. I wondered why some situations that we think are traumas do not stay with in the body. What I have discovered through conferring with my guides is that trauma has an opposite. The opposite of trauma is a lesson

A trauma is something that has happens to us that we cannot understand or that has not been explained to us in a sufficient manner as to create understanding from it.

A lesson is when a situation happens and although it is traumatic we are able to let go of the extreme energetics because we understand the situation or create a viable and feasible conclusion to the situation. For example:

Trauma
“As young boy runs toward a busy road, his mother grabs him forcefully by the arm and snatches him back from the road, he is flustered by the aggression of the incident. She grabs his hand very firmly and leads him down the pavement. The little boy is crying because he does not know what he has done wrong.”

Lesson
“As young boy runs toward a busy road, his mother grabs him forcefully by the arm and snatches him back from the road, he is flustered by the aggression of the incident. She grabs his hand pulls him towards her and says very firmly “ you must listen to me and stay away from the road you could have been hurt, busy roads are dangerous” she then leads the crying child down the pavement knowing he has learned to be more careful of busy roads.”

We must remember that a person’s death is usually something that we do not understand. Even if we know some one is going to die it can still be traumatic because we are unsure of what has happened to the person. We have no understanding of exactly what is on the other side. Our energetic bodies are still in contact with the soul but or physical bodies can never again connect with that person physical energy.

Each and every trauma we have experienced can be worked through, we can create an understanding, we forget that our childhood traumas happened when we were children and we are no longer children so we are able to cope with them.

Do not be afraid to connect with your traumas you might find them easier to deal with than you thought and create a place of well being with in yourself rather then dis-ease.
